Fast forward several years later, I started working for a small digital ghostwriting agency as a project manager where I quickly found out I could automate a lot of my work, cutting my hours down from twenty per month to less than three through automation. From there I started finding new clients and decided to move across the country from California to Tennessee at 17 years old.
Growing up, I’ve always had business ideas and business ventures I would explore, (the great majority of which were purely educational and never produced any real income) through a lot of reading, talking to mentors, and hands-on practice I quickly picked up a lot of extremely valuable skills that have greatly impacted where I’ve been able to take my business to where it is today!
One thing I found through all of my reading is that much of the advice was NOT applicable to me and was written to an older audience, and so, through trial and error, I found out what worked and didn’t work for where the stage of life I was in!
If I had to put my finger on one thing that propelled me forward the fastest, I would absolutely say being a part of Iron Sharpens Iron (a private paid Christian mastermind group) where I’ve been challenged by the other men in my group to remain consistent to one path and to think through decisions before just running after any shiny object that comes into vision.
At the time of this writing, I’m now 18 and lived here in Nashville for almost six months and I’m making more money from my business than I ever thought I would, paying a significant amount more than my monthly expenses.
